Hadith 12:276
'Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Hayyan, from Abu Murrah, the freed slave of 'Aqil ibn Abi Talib, who said: I returned to my family, and they had a sheep, and it was dead. So I slaughtered it, and it moved. I came to Abu Hurayrah and mentioned that to him, and he ordered me to eat it. He said: Then I came to Zayd ibn Thabit and mentioned its matter to him, and he said: "Indeed, the dead moves."
حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن يحيى بن حيان عن أبي مرة مولى عقيل بن أبي طالب قال رجعت إلى أهلي وقد كان لهم شاة فإذا هي ميتة فذبحتها فتحركت فأتيت أبا هريرة فذكرت ذلك له فأمرني بأكلها قال ثم أتيت زيد بن ثابت فذكرت له أمرها فقال إن الميت يتحرك
