Hadith 12:31
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Bakr narrated to us, from Usama bin Zayd, he said: I asked al-Qasim about a man who sends a trained dog, and it catches the game and kills it, then he finds with it dogs that are not trained. He said: If he knows that his trained dog killed it, then let him eat. But if he is in doubt and does not know—perhaps another dog participated with it—then let him not eat.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو بكر عن اسامة بن زيد قال سألت القاسم عن الرجل يرسل الكلب المعلم فيأخذ الصيد فيقتله فيجد معه كلابا غير معلمة قال إن كان يعلم أن كلبه المعلم قتله فليأكل وإن شك فلا يدري لعل غير الكلب شركه فلا ياكل
