Hadith 12:313
'Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ibn 'Abbas, that he was asked about the meat of the crow and the kite. He said: "Allah made lawful what is lawful and made forbidden what is forbidden, and He remained silent about things. So, whatever He remained silent about, it is pardoned."
حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن أيوب عن بن عباس أنه سئل عن لحم الغراب والحديا فقال أحل الله حلالا وحرم حراما وسكت عن اشياء فما سكت عنه فهو عفو عنه
