Hadith 12:33
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Hajjaj, he said: I asked 'Ata' about a man who forgets to mention the name of Allah over his dog, so it kills [the game]. He said: He may eat it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص بن غياث عن حجاج قال سالت عطاء عن الرجل ينسى ان يسمي على كلبه فيقتل قال يأكل
