Hadith 12:350
Abu Dawud al-Hafari, Umar ibn Sa'd, narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from al-Aswad, from Abdullah, who said: "Whoever kills a snake, it is as if he has killed a disbeliever."
