Hadith 12:355
Shababa narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Abu al-Tayyah, who said: I heard Mutarrif narrating from Ibn Mughaffal: That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the killing of dogs. Then he said: "What is the matter with them and the dogs?" Then he granted a concession for the hunting dog.
حدثنا شبابة عن شعبة عن أبي التياح قال سمعت مطرفا يحدث عن بن مغفل أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أمر بقتل الكلاب ثم قال ما لهم وللكلاب ثم رخص في كلب الصيد
