Hadith 12:39
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usamah narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: If a dog escapes while its owner is unaware, and then he says "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) after the dog has already sought the prey, and the dog catches the prey, he may eat it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال إذا انفلت الكلب وصاحبه لا يشعر فقال بعد ما يطلب الكلب الصيد بسم الله فأصاد الكلب فليأكل
