Hadith 12:72
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, he said: I asked 'Ata' about dogs that break loose from their tethers and are killed. He said: There is no harm in it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا حفص عن حجاج قال سألت عطاء عن الكلاب تنفلت من مرابطها فتقتل قال لا بأس به
