Hadith 12:91
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from al-Rabi’, from al-Hasan and ‘Ata’ regarding the hawk and the falcon eating [the prey]. ‘Ata’ said: "If it eats, then do not eat." And al-Hasan said: "Eat."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن الربيع عن الحسن وعطاء في الباز والصقر يأكل قال عطاء إذا أكل فلاتأكل وقال الحسن كل
