Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:102

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, from Wuhayb, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Assign the fixed shares to their rightful people, and whatever remains belongs to the nearest male relative."
