Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:111

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il, from al-Sha’bi, that a freed slave of the daughter of Hamza died and left behind his daughter and the daughter of Hamza. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave the daughter of Hamza half, and his daughter half.
