Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:114

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur ibn Hayyan, from Abdullah ibn Shaddad, that a freedman of the daughter of Hamza died and left behind his daughter and the daughter of Hamza. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, gave his daughter half and the daughter of Hamza half. Abu Bakr said: This is from two shares; for the daughter is the half, and for the freedman is the half.
