Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:132

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, who said: A freed slave of Alqama bequeathed one-third [of his wealth] to the family of Alqama, and he gave two-thirds to the son of his sister from his mother.
