Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:140

Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from al-Sha’bi, that he disliked a judgment that Abu Ubaydah ibn Abd Allah had made, in which he gave the daughter or the sister the entire wealth. Al-Sha’bi said: "This is the judgment of Abd Allah."
