Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:142

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, who said: Abdullah used to not return [the remainder of the inheritance] to six: to a husband, nor a wife, nor a grandmother, nor to sisters from a father [paternal half-sisters] with sisters from a father and mother [full sisters], nor to granddaughters with daughters of the loins [direct daughters], nor to a sister from a mother [maternal half-sister] with a mother. Ibrahim said: So I said to Alqama, "Do we return [the remainder] to the siblings from the mother with the grandmother?" He said, "If you wish." He said: And Ali used to return [the remainder] to all of them, except the husband and the wife.
