Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Hashim, from Ibn Sirin, regarding Shurayh, concerning two sisters from a father and mother, two sisters from a mother, a husband, and a mother. He said: Out of ten, the two sisters from the father and mother have four, the two sisters from the mother have two shares, the husband has three shares, and the mother has one share. Waki’ said: The people are upon this, and this is the division of the *furukh* (chicks/offspring).
