Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:203

Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Bassam, from Fudayl, from Ibrahim, regarding a man who left behind his grandfather, his brother from his father and mother, and his brother from his father: The grandfather receives half, and his brother from his father and mother receives half, according to the opinion of Ali and Abdullah. Zayd used to give the grandfather one-third, and the brother from the father and mother two-thirds. He would make the brother from the father share [the inheritance] with the brother from the father and mother, and he [the brother from the father] would inherit nothing.
