Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:24

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Sha’bi, from ‘Ali, regarding a woman and two parents: The woman receives one-fourth, and the mother receives one-third of what remains, and what remains is for the father.
