Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:27

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from his father, from Fudayl, from Ibrahim, who said: Ibn Abbas differed from the people of prayer regarding a woman [who died leaving behind] two parents and a husband, and two parents. He said: The mother [receives] one-third of the entire wealth.
