Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:273

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Himyari, from his father, who said: Ibn Lahsaka al-Habati died and left behind [his son] Hasaka and the mother of Hasaka. Abu Musa wrote to Umar ibn al-Khattab regarding it. Umar wrote back to him: "Give her the sixth share along with her son."
