Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:289

Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from Abdullah, regarding the son of the woman involved in *li’an* (mutual imprecation): His inheritance is for his mother. If his mother has died, her heirs inherit from him.
