Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:290

Humaid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Mutarrif, from al-Sha'bi, who said: The son of the woman subject to li'an (imprecation) inherits from his mother. If she dies, he inherits from whoever would have inherited from his mother.
