Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:294

Ma'n ibn 'Isa narrated to us, from Malik ibn Anas, from 'Urwah, regarding the child of the woman involved in *li'an* (imprecation) and the child of adultery: If he dies, his mother inherits her share according to the Book of Allah, and his maternal siblings inherit their shares. What remains belongs to the Muslims.
