Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Hamza al-Zayyat narrated to us, from a man who is called ‘Umar, from al-Sha’bi, regarding a person who performed *li’an* (invoking the curse of Allah) who died and left behind his maternal uncle and his maternal aunt. He said: The wealth belongs to the maternal uncle.
