Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Hasan bin Salih narrated to us, from the one who heard al-Sha’bi say regarding the son of a woman involved in *li’an* (imprecation): He died and left behind his brother’s son and his maternal grandfather. He said: The wealth is for the brother’s son.
