Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Za’ra’ ‘Amr ibn ‘Amr al-Jushami, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Utbah—and he was a judge for Ibn al-Zubayr—that he made the drowned inherit from one another.
