Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ali ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban, that Umar wrote: "Inheritance is not granted through the birth of polytheism."
