Isma'il ibn 'Ayyash narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Ata', who said: If he killed him by mistake, he inherits from his wealth, but he does not inherit from his blood money (diyah). And if he killed him intentionally, he does not inherit from his wealth, nor from his blood money.
