Narrated to us Rawh ibn Ubadah, from Muhammad ibn Abi Hafsah, who said: Ibn Shihab narrated to me, from Ali ibn al-Husayn, that he would not grant inheritance to the child of zina (adultery/fornication), even if the man claimed him.
