Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:386

Al-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Amr ibn Shu’ayb, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever commits fornication with a free woman or a slave woman of a people, the child is a child of zina (illegitimate); he does not inherit, nor is he inherited from."
