Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:388

Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Simak, from Ibrahim, who said: The child of zina (adultery/fornication) does not inherit. He only inherits if the hadd (prescribed punishment) is not established against his father, or if [the father] owns his mother through marriage or purchase.
