Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:39

Waki’ narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim, from Wabara ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, from al-Aswad ibn Yazid, who said: Ibn al-Zubayr used to not give the sister anything along with the daughter, until I narrated to him that Mu’adh had judged in Yemen regarding a daughter and a sister (full sister) that the daughter gets half and the sister gets half. He then said: "You are my messenger to Ibn ‘Utbah, so command him with that."
