Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:391

Ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, regarding a man who left behind his daughter or his sister [who was also] a wife to him. He said: "She inherits by her closest kinship." He said: And Qatadah said: "She gets the entire wealth."
