Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Shu’bah narrated to us, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from Abu ‘Amr al-Shaybani, he said: ‘Abdullah said: The *sa’ibah* (a person who has no heirs) may place his wealth wherever he wishes.
