Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abdullah ibn Ma’qil, that an aunt of al-Ash’ath ibn Qays died while she was a Jewess. Umar did not let him inherit anything from her, and he said: "The people of her religion shall inherit from her."
