Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:429

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from ‘Uthman al-Batti, from ‘Abd al-Hamid ibn Salamah, from his father, from his grandfather, that his parents disputed over him before the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. One of them was a Muslim and the other was a disbeliever. He gave him the choice, and he inclined toward the disbeliever. So he said, "O Allah, guide him." Then he turned toward the Muslim, so he judged him to him.
