Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:43

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ibn Sirin, from al-Aswad, who said: Ibn al-Zubayr had intended to prevent sisters from inheriting alongside daughters. So I told him that Mu’adh had judged among us by it, and he gave an inheritance to a daughter and a sister.
