Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Abdullah ibn Sharik, from Bishr ibn Ghalib, who said: Ibn al-Zubayr asked al-Husayn ibn ‘Ali about the newborn. He said: "When he cries out (at birth), his gift and his provision become obligatory."
