Mu'adh narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, that he said: Women do not inherit from *wala'* (patronage) except for what they emancipated or what those they emancipated emancipated. Except for the woman who has undergone *li'an* (imprecation), for she inherits from the one who emancipated her son whom his father had disowned.
