Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:49

Waki’ narrated to us, from Isma’il, from Hakim ibn Jabir, from Zayd ibn Thabit, that he said: "This is from the judgments of the people of the Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic era): that men inherit to the exclusion of women."
