Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: Ali and al-Zubayr disputed before Umar regarding a freed slave of Safiyyah. Umar judged the inheritance to al-Zubayr and the blood money (diya) upon Ali.
