Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:563

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from ‘Amr ibn Dinar, from Yahya ibn Ja‘dah, from ‘Umar, that a man died and did not leave behind any *‘asabah* (agnatic heirs). ‘Umar said: "He is inherited by the one who used to become angry for his anger, and his neighbors."
