Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:62

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Isma’il bin ‘Abd al-Malik narrated to us, he said: I asked Sa’id bin Jubayr about a daughter and two paternal cousins, one of whom is a maternal brother. He said: "For the daughter is half, and what remains is for the paternal cousin who is not a maternal brother, along with the son." He said: So I asked ‘Ata’, and he said: "Sa’id erred. For the daughter is half, and for the paternal cousin who is not a maternal brother is half." Abu Bakr said: According to the statement of Sa’id bin Jubayr, this is out of two shares: for the daughter is half, and for the paternal cousin who is not a maternal brother is half. And according to the statement of ‘Ata’, it is out of four: two shares for the daughter, and two shares between them.
