Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:67

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Ibrahim, that ‘Amr, Zayd, and Ibn Mas’ud used to make the uterine brothers and the full brothers share in [the inheritance of] a husband, a mother, uterine brothers, and full brothers. They would make the brothers from the father and mother share with the uterine brothers in one portion. They used to say: "The father does not increase them in closeness." And they would make their males and their females equal in it.
