Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:81

'Abdullah ibn Dawud narrated to us, from 'Ali ibn Salih, from Jabir, from 'Amir, that 'Ali, Abu Musa, and Zayd used to not permit partnership [in trade/business]. Waki' said: "There is no one among the companions of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, except that they differed regarding partnership, except for 'Ali, for he used to not permit partnership."
