Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 26:88

Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Umar ibn Bishr al-Hamdani, from al-Sha’bi, from Ibn Mas’ud, that he used to say regarding the maternal aunt and the paternal aunt: "For the paternal aunt is two-thirds, and for the maternal aunt is one-third."
