Hadith 11:116
Hussain bin Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from al-A'mash, from Shahr, from Abu al-Darda', who said: "Whoever fasts one day in the way of Allah, there will be between him and the Fire a trench like that which is between the heaven and the earth."
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن الأعمش عن شهر عن أبي الدرداء قال من صام يوما في سبيل الله كان بينه وبين النار خندق كما بين السماء والأرض
