Hadith 11:164
Hatim ibn Wardan narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "There is no one who dies and has goodness with Allah, who would be pleased to return to the world, nor would he want to have the like of its delights, except for the martyr. For indeed, because of what he sees of the reward, he wishes that he could return and be killed."
حدثنا حاتم بن وردان عن يونس عن الحسن عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ما من أحد يموت له عند الله خير يسره أن يرجع إلى الدنيا ولا أن له مثل نعيمها إلا الشهيد فإنه مما يرى من الثواب ما يود أنه رجع فقتل
