Hadith 11:183
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwa, who said: Al-Zubayr accepted Islam while he was sixteen years old. He did not stay behind from any expedition that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, fought in, and he was over sixty years old.
حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام بن عروة قال أسلم الزبير وهو بن ستة عشر سنة ولم يتخلف عن غزوة غزاها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو بن بضع وستين سنة
