Hadith 11:185
Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Bard, from Makhul, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, Allah has placed the provision of this nation in the hooves of its horses and the tips of its spears, as long as they do not engage in agriculture. But if they engage in agriculture, they will become like the rest of the people."
حدثنا وكيع نا سفيان عن برد عن مكحول قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إن الله جعل رزق هذه الأمة في سنابك خيلها وأزجة رماحها ما لم يزرعوا فإذا زرعوا صاروا من الناس
